The Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include scheduling, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, and implementing marketing strategies. This role is located in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance Knowledge in marketing strategies and implementation Proficiency in using salon management software and tools Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve effectively Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus Relevant educational qualifications and certifications are preferred
