Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle all phases of real estate litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trial, and appeal. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Represent the company or clients in court, mediation, and arbitration hearings. Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate law, land use, and property disputes. Collaborate with internal departments, outside counsel, and external stakeholders to resolve disputes efficiently. Advise on potential legal risks in real estate transactions and provide strategies for risk mitigation. Stay up to date on relevant laws, court decisions, and regulations affecting real estate and property rights.
