You will primarily be working with California based team. You can pick either of these options:
Option 1: 6am to 12pm and then 8pm to 10pm
Option 2: 11pm to 7am
Working time per week will never exceed 40 hours. However, some flexibility with the timings might be needed from time to time. Weekend morning work might be needed from time to time.
Preparing and handling all home purchase legal documentation. Full training will be provided.

No prior experience needed in home purchases or real estate. You will join a small team based in California.
Strong logic and analytical skills. Basic smartness is must. We welcome people with Tech or Legal background (but other backgrounds also welcome).
Ability to be a good leader and manager.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong, fast and self learner. Ability to do research on concepts on your own via Youtube videos and google search.
This job does NOT require any marketing or making phone calls.
Permanent work from home
Salary: 50-80k fixed component with a substantial bonus based on the number of transactions. Target compensation range: 12 lakh to 24 lakh per year
