Manager - Liasion

Purpose/Objective

• To act as Company's interface in dealing with key level officials of relevant statutory authorities

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic: - To obtain regulatory approval / permissions and execute process to minimizing delays - Operational: - Liaise with the Building proposals dept. / Local Development Authorities /Municipal Corporations/ MOEF /Collectorate Offices / Fire Departments / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / Licenses. I.e. SRA/MHADA/BMC/MMRDA/PMC. - Co-ordinate with Liaison Architects - Liaison with revenue depts. /land approval depts. / water and electricity depts. - Liaison for various statutory approvals for residential constructions - Ability to handle the crisis situation / issues as regards to statutory approvals. - Co-ordination and liaison with Govt. offices related to the projects for approval and clearances. - Initiate and follow through the legal and technical due diligence process. - Maintaining a relevant network to ensure excellent market intelligence. - Financial: - Plan and maintain expenses as per budget People: - Buidling and managing relationship with local approving authorities - Exhibiting a performance driven culture

Qualifications and Experience

- B. Arch. / M. Arch - 15+ years in liaison function for Real Estate companies, handling government agencies / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions/Licenses. - Experience in handling mix use development proposals under different FSI schemes of Development Control Regulation
