To manage the general legal requirements of documentation, SEBI Compliance advisory and handle legal queries from the AMC and Trustee Company
All legal matters of the AMC primarily involving vendor and contract management, marketing and distribution, product development, the mutual funds/asset management area (domestic as
well as offshore), operations, finance, employment related queries and other ancillary legal advice arising out of running a business of this nature in India.
LLB with 5 years of min experience and some working experience with AMC/MF company or client in the contracts domain is mandatory
