Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Key Accounts (Mobile Light Tower)

Role Overview

Aska Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Senior Manager – Key accounts for Mobile Light tower division with a proven background in handling sales of construction equipment or experience in government lighting. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within government departments, a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth in this sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (dealers, distributors) to drive Channel sales for Mobile Light towers
  • Driving channel sales through direct meetings, Demonstrations, Customer meets, Financer Meets
  • Driving Channel sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to effectively build consumer preference & drive volumes from dealers in assigned Territories
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customized solutions based on department needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government departments such as PWD, NHAI, CPWD, Urban Local Bodies, etc.
  • Introducing new products to untapped markets, securing major contracts through tender processes, and collaborating with cross functional teams for successful project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+years of experience in sales to government department through Channel sales
  • Experience in selling Engines, outdoor lights to the construction companies or EPC contractors
  • Familiarity with public procurement processes (GeM, e-tender portals, DGS&D rate contracts, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
