As an Internal Communications Manager, you will drive storytelling, culture-building, and clarity across teams, ensuring that every employee feels part of something meaningful.

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities

• Keep Everyone Connected: Write clear, engaging updates for emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and leadership messages.
• Bring Stories to Life: Highlight achievements, milestones, and people stories across internal channels to reinforce culture.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Develop communication plans for key projects and organizational changes; simplify complex topics into easy-to-follow updates.
• Enable Leadership Communication: Draft talking points, scripts, and presentations for senior leaders; support town halls, Q&A sessions, and internal events.
• Manage Communication Channels: Oversee intranet, newsletters, emails, and event communications; track engagement and improve effectiveness.
• Client & External Support: Assist with client-facing updates and partner with Marketing to amplify internal success externally.

Key Capabilities and Competencies

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
• Strong storytelling ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with discretion and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with platforms like Workvivo or SharePoint (bonus).
• Comfort supporting employer branding, social media, and design collaboration.

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate with 810+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Proven track record of creating content across multiple channels.
• Exposure to change communication and strategic initiatives.
• Bonus certifications or experience in design collaboration and employer branding.
