Manager - Internal Communication
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and personable individual to oversee the operations of the FK Experience Center at ETV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the space, coordinating with various stakeholders, hosting guests, and ensuring the experience aligns with Flipkart s values and purpose. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a presentable appearance, and an extroverted personality to confidently host and emcee experience segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of the FK Experience Center, ensuring the space is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with security, facilities, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage bookings and schedule visits or events at the Experience Center.
- Host and host guests at the center, providing engaging and informative experiences.
- Emcee and anchor all experience segments during events, ensuring a seamless flow and engaging the audience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Flipkart s core values and purpose in all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to organize experience sessions and special events.
- Maintain AV equipment, data, and other technical aspects of the space, troubleshooting as needed.
- Collect feedback and insights to enhance the experience and track operational metrics.
Upkeep of the Space:
- Regularly check and maintain the physical condition of the Experience Center.
- Ensure all branding materials, signage, and displays are updated and in order.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in event management, guest relations, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Extroverted personality with a confident and articulate demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Presentable appearance and professional conduct.
- Knowledge of AV systems and technical equipment is a plus.
