Manager- Institutional Sales (College Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing and business development initiatives for the assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end Institutional Sales functions, including lead generation, client meetings, and closure.
• Plan and execute marketing activities including Digital Campaigns, ATL/BTL promotions, and on-ground activations.
• Visit colleges/universities and engage with Placement Officers, Directors, and Deans to pitch products and training programs.
• Deliver impactful presentations and product demos to academic institutions, aiming for high conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
• Represent TalentSprint and its partner brands professionally at all levels of engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, onboarding, and post-sale support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in institutional or B2B sales (MBA preferred).
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about business development and working in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads and maintain long-term institutional partnerships.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Prior experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (preferably in education, edtech, or training sectors) will be an added advantage.
