Reporting To: Director, Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Achieve company sales targets through high-quality planning, execution, and monitoring
• Get the best out of sales teams, through strong management, motivation & effective leadership
• Continuously improve the sales teams productivity by upgrading talent, processes, and systems
• Interface with marketing and lead gen teams to achieve sales targets and high ROI
• Create strategies and opportunities for up-selling / cross-selling; increased customer wallet share
• Be a company ambassador/evangelist and assist in rapidly growing market presence and brand

Experience and Skills

• Graduate with 7+ years of relevant sales experience (MBA preferred)
• Experience running a minimum 20C+ B2C annual sales book in a growing organization
• Experience with high-value concept, consultative, and solution selling
• Experiencing building and managing high-performance B2C sales teams
• Experience in EdTech / Financial Services / Wealth Management / Other domains
• Working knowledge of modern Digital and Social Marketing platforms
• Working knowledge of modern Sales and Marketing Automation platforms
• Knowledge of B2B sales, College Education, and Exec Education is an added advantage
