Manager Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for various key activities to drive sales and revenue growth. Your role will involve prospecting, pitching, and closing sales to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting, pitching, and closing sales to drive revenue growth - Managing personnel and developing sales and sales support staff - Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams - Maintaining and nurturing relationships with potential customers through calls and emails - Negotiating commercial terms to successfully close sales - Gathering market and customer information to identify opportunities - Understanding customer objections and addressing them effectively - Cross-selling and upselling to both new and existing customers - Ensuring sales targets are met for yourself and the sales team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of Inside sales experience, preferably in selling SaaS solutions with a focus on concept selling - Experience in engaging and influencing decision makers at the enterprise level - Proven track record of meeting revenue targets - Excellent verbal and presentation skills - Strong written communication abilities - Proficiency with CRM tools such as Lead-Squared, SalesForce, or Sugar - Ability to conduct technical sales and adapt to new technologies - Experience in leading and managing a sales team - Prior experience in sales within the SMB sector is a plus - Domain expertise in industries like travel or SaaS product sales is beneficial - An MBA with a specialization in sales would be an added advantage Join our team and contribute to our success by leveraging your sales expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.,
