KOGLAND is a start-up offering a B2B online marketplace platform connecting medical consumable & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers i.e., hospitals, clinics, etc. We are a healthcare providers preferred one-stop online surgical store for all their medical & healthcare supply requirements.

  • Strong team-building and team-handling capabilities.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams toward achieving targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation and effective lead allocation.
  • Skilled in sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in sales coaching and performance enhancement.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve individual and team
targets.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive lead conversion and revenue
growth.
  • Allocate and track leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely
follow-up and closure.
  • Monitor sales metrics, pipeline status, team activities, and conversion ratios through
CRM and dashboards.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows, and CRM
usage.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts
with business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and drive accountability within the
team.
  • Ensure strong customer experience and brand representation in all prospect
interactions.
