Job Description

As a Manager Inside Sales/Business Development at WCS India, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified sales leads to fill the new business pipeline. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, your responsibilities will include developing a lead generation and conversion strategy, nurturing leads, and supporting the Sales team to drive new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and achieve lead generation and conversion targets aligned with the company's ARR goal and business strategies. - Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify new clients and market segments. - Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Utilize a data-driven approach for continuous improvement in growth marketing strategies. - Understand the technologies of the products and solutions offered by WCS India. - Introduce new products and features to existing customers. - Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other necessary documents. - Identify new business opportunities and partners through qualified lead generation methods. - Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in lead generation with a focus on growth. - Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. - Ability to learn and understand modern technology and market trends. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. - Creative thinking in sales and marketing strategies. - Strong organization and project management skills. - Technical skills to propose products or solutions based on client requirements. - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. - Effective presenter and negotiator. - Proficient in MS-Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
