Job Description

As a motivated and skilled Manager Inside Sales/Business Development at WCS India, your role involves generating qualified sales leads to fill the new business pipeline in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, your responsibilities include developing a lead generation and conversion strategy, nurturing leads, and supporting the Sales team in driving a new business pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and achieve lead generation and conversion targets aligned with the ARR goal and overall business strategies. - Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify new clients and market segments. - Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients. - Utilize a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset to enhance growth marketing approaches. - Understand the technologies of products and solutions, introducing new features to existing customers. - Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, and presentations. - Identify new business opportunities and partners through qualified lead generation. - Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in lead generation focusing on growth. - Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. - Ability to learn and comprehend modern technology and market trends. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Technical proficiency to propose products focusing on client requirements. - Excellent English communication skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. - Effective presenter and negotiator. - Proficient in MS-Office suite.
