Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Handle own individual sales targets along with team performance.

  • Drive student enrollment/admission numbers through effective counseling and sales strategies.

  • Monitor leads, pipeline, and conversions via CRM and reporting tools.

  • Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations of team members.

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and generate quality leads.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 6 to 9 years of experience in education sales.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets (individual + team).

  • Experience in leading and managing a small to mid-sized sales team.

  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

KPIs:

  • Individual & team admissions/sales target achievement.

  • Lead conversion ratio.

  • Team productivity & retention.

  • Customer/student satisfaction.
