Responsibilities

Manager - GHRSS Hiring

1. Develop and execute high-impact talent acquisition strategies to support organizational goals.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify workforce needs and create hiring plans.
3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external recruitment partners.
5. Leverage data and analytics to enhance recruitment approaches and address talent gaps.

Requirements

1. Minimum

   12 years of experience

   in

   talent acquisition

   and workforce management.
2. Strong experience in

   high-volume hiring

   and

   recruitment operations

   .
3. Proven track record in

   developing and implementing talent strategies

   .
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
5. Hands-on experience with

   recruitment platforms, ATS, and HR tools

   .
