Inviting applications for the role of Manager – HR Shared Services
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented compliance auditor to join our team who will ensure audits close within defined timelines by coordinating with auditors and process managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform HR audits to ensure adherence to hire-to-retire processes.
- Stakeholder management, manage relationships with cross-functional teams, internal and external auditors to ensure timely closure of all requirements.
- Play an instrumental role in the internal review of sample evidence submitted by internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Partnering for remediation steps with management and ensure corrective action is carried out.
- Conduct compliance assessments by evaluating the status of internal processes’ controls for HR shared services (HRSS) and highlight process gaps.
- Setup risk management process for hire-to-retire processes.
- Drive compliance awareness within the team and at an organizational level.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized university
- Work exp. preferably in HR and or any other people function area
- Strong oral and written communications skills, for effective discussions with leadership & functional stakeholders across regions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
