Position Overview

Valeur Fabtex is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to lead and streamline core HR processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of compliance, HR systems, documentation, and employee lifecycle management. This is a critical role that ensures smooth HR functioning and supports strategic HR initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
• Lead HR compliance across labor laws including ESI, PF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
• Maintain and audit HR records, employee files, and digital HRMS databases.
• Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Support in HR policy drafting, implementation, and periodic reviews.
• Handle audits and ensure statutory HR documentation is up to date.
• Liaise with finance and administration for payroll, reimbursements, and HR budgeting.
• Train and guide junior HR executives.
• Manage vendor relationships related to HR (background checks, payroll services, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in core HR operations.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, HRMS, and document management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
