Manager HR

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations for a growing prestigious real estate organization based in South Delhi. This is an operational role suited for candidates who enjoy coordination, documentation, and people support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment all levels, roles, including resume screening, interview scheduling, offer roll-out, and joining formalities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, personal files, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Payroll processing with complete compliances.
• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes, including documentation, induction coordination, F&F inputs, and clearance formalities
• Ensuring statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and maintain statutory records and registers
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and workplace concerns
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives, including internal communication and basic engagement activities
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace discipline
• Assist in POSH compliance, including documentation support, awareness coordination, and ICC process assistance
• Prepare and maintain routine HR MIS and reports for management review

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
• 3–6 years of hands-on HR experience
• Prior exposure to real estate / site-based HR preferred
• Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
