As a Human Resource Manager at Mishrilal Group, Bereilly (UP), your role involves coordinating with the team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy. This includes addressing current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. You will provide support and guidance to management and other staff as required. Your responsibilities will also include managing the talent acquisition process, overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the team to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy. - Provide support and guidance to management and staff. - Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring. - Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. - Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources. Required Skills: - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Organizational skills with attention to detail. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary. - Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office Tools. - Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. - Minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience preferred. - Freshers are also welcome if willing to learn, take on challenges, and adhere to company policies.
