Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Lab Engineer (Electrical) to join our quality control and R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, analysis, and validation of electrical cables in accordance with national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical and physical testing of cables as per IS/IEC standards
• Perform routine quality checks during production
• Maintain calibration and health of lab equipment
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation
• Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for quality improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• B.sc with Physics/Chemistry/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in cable testing or electrical lab work (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)
• Strong understanding of IS/IEC standards related to cable testing
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

Salary: As per industry standards, based on qualifications and experience
