Roles & Responsibilities1. Leadership and Team Management
· Recruit, train, and lead the housekeeping and pest control teams.
· Supervise team performance and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
· Prepare work schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to mall safety protocols.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance Oversight
· Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of mall common areas: corridors, restrooms, food courts, seating areas, and exteriors.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all public spaces.
· Resolve complaints or issues related to cleanliness in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Pest Control Management
· Implement and monitor an effective pest control program.
· Coordinate with external pest control vendors for scheduled treatments and preventive actions.
· Maintain up-to-date records of pest control inspections, activities, and compliance.
4. Inventory and Resource Management
· Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, pest control chemicals, and consumables.
· Ensure timely procurement while adhering to budget and safety guidelines.
· Oversee proper storage and safe usage of cleaning and chemical supplies.
5. Quality Assurance and Inspections
· Conduct periodic inspections to monitor cleanliness and pest control effectiveness.
· Identify gaps or problem areas and initiate corrective actions immediately.
· Maintain high service quality in line with mall operational standards.
6. Budget and Cost Management
· Prepare and manage departmental budgets efficiently.
· Monitor and control expenses, analyze variances, and propose cost-optimization measures.
· Plan for future budget needs based on seasonal demands and special events.
7. Safety and Regulatory Compliance
· Enforce the use of PPE and ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Train team members in safety protocols and emergency response.
· Collaborate with mall management to resolve safety concerns.
8. Vendor and Contractor Coordination
· Manage relationships with pest control and housekeeping service vendors.
· Evaluate and negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
· Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal standards.
9. Documentation and Reporting
· Maintain comprehensive records of housekeeping operations, pest control, inventory, and budgets.
· Submit regular performance and incident reports to mall management.
10. Customer Service and Public Relations
· Promote a clean and welcoming environment for mall visitors and tenants.
· Train staff to be courteous, responsive, and professional in public interactions.
· Address tenant and customer feedback promptly.
11. Emergency Preparedness
· Develop emergency handling procedures for sanitation-related incidents, pest outbreaks, or accidents.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
