Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, located in Madurai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations, managing and mentoring staff, and developing strategies for service improvement. The Manager will also be involved in client relationship management and will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Leadership and management skills
Experience in healthcare insurance or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and mentor a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using management software and tools
Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
