About Growel 360°

Growel 360° is a comprehensive Aquaculture management platform developed for shrimp and

fish farmers. It empowers them to monitor and optimize their pond operations by tracking key

culture metrics and parameters defined by leading aquaculture experts.

As we move into the next phase of development, Growel 360° is being enhanced with new, tech-

enabled modules—including artificial intelligence (AI)-powered features and integrated trade

and marketplace functionalities—to deliver deeper insights, proactive farm management tools,

and greater decision-making support for farmers.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in managing mobile/web platforms in agriculture,

aquaculture, or rural tech domains.

• Strong leadership experience in product management, ideally with farmer/user-facing

solutions.

• Proficiency in app architecture, third-party API integration, and UX best practices.

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, frameworks, or implementations in AgriTech is highly

desirable.

• Excellent stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AgriTech, Aquaculture Technology,

or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and continuous enhancement of the Growel

360° platform.

• Collaborate with aquaculture specialists, technical advisors, and tech teams to roll out

new digital features aligned with evolving farmer needs.

• Oversee the complete app development lifecycle—conceptualization, design, testing,

and deployment.

• Drive platform performance and user adoption through data-backed product

management.

• Explore AI/ML opportunities in aquaculture to enable smarter, predictive tools for

farmers.

• Stay informed about the latest in AgriTech, AI applications, and digital farming trends.

• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external development partners.
