Manager - Growel 360 (Aquaculture Digital Solutions)

You will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and continuous enhancement of the Growel 360 platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with aquaculture specialists, technical advisors, and tech teams to roll out new digital features aligned with evolving farmer needs. - Overseeing the complete app development lifecycle from conceptualization, design, testing, to deployment. - Driving platform performance and user adoption through data-backed product management. - Exploring AI/ML opportunities in aquaculture to enable smarter, predictive tools for farmers. - Staying informed about the latest in AgriTech, AI applications, and digital farming trends. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-12 years of experience in managing mobile/web platforms in agriculture, aquaculture, or rural tech domains. - Strong leadership experience in product management, ideally with farmer/user-facing solutions. - Proficiency in app architecture, third-party API integration, and UX best practices. - Familiarity with AI/ML tools, frameworks, or implementations in AgriTech is highly desirable. - Excellent stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and communication skills. - A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, AgriTech, Aquaculture Technology, or a related field.
