Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager based in Trivandrum. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance. Daily tasks include customer visits, sales presentations, coordinating with production teams, and providing feedback to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of Dog & Cat food, Fish and Shrimp feed products or experience in the Petcare industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
