Manager, Fundraising and Operations

As a Consultant, Fundraising Operations at The Circles, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fundraising team operates with excellence. As The Circle enters a phase of rapid expansion, your work will be focused on strengthening the fundraising capacity. **Role Overview:** - Advise and audit fundraising systems to ensure quality control and drive excellence. - Liaise with Finance and Program teams to streamline fundraising needs. - Develop and implement SOPs and processes to address team challenges. - Lead implementation of a CRM for donor data management. - Track and manage fundraising budgets, cash-flow projections (10+Cr), and program costing strategies. - Monitor fundraising goals, funded/unfunded projects, and maintain budget tracking for programs. - Oversee proposal, budget, MOU, compliance, and reporting documentation. - Maintain the Knowledge Management System and incomeexpense tracker in line with CSR/statutory requirements. - Manage donor MOU processing and coordinate programmatic/financial donor audits. - Coordinate donor engagement activities throughout the year. - Research and pursue alternative funding sources (grants, retail fundraising, DIBs, SSEs, fellowships, etc.). - Support drafting and data collation for periodic donor reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in fundraising operations or a related field. - Strong understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and lead process improvement initiatives.
