Manager, Incubation

As a Manager, Incubation at The Circle, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project implementation of a high-rigour Incubation Program for Entrepreneurs launching reinvented schools and after-school initiatives. Your role will involve managing various responsibilities including event management, stakeholder management, communication, administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Your primary responsibilities will include leading the co-design and implementation of touchpoints such as school and after-school visits, masterclasses, module closings, and therapy support. You will also be involved in the SOP implementation of Microgrants and Functional Needs, leading facilitator prep and management for sync modules, coordinating on-ground logistics for sync modules, managing input level M&E data, collecting output level data, and working with the Senior Manager Incubation to analyze and use data for the redesign of Incubation curriculum and pedagogy. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Incubation LMS, supporting Entrepreneurs in using the LMS, leading the design, collation, and communication of the monthly Incubation Newsletter, and managing end-to-end communication with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence for modules including schedules, milestones, and resources. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the Education sector, excellent project management and documentation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build relationships and cultivate long-term partnerships, willingness to travel, manage on-ground project implementation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to problem solve through conflict and uncertainties. A deep interest in reinvented learning is also essential for this position.,
