Associate, Design

As an Associate, Design, you will be responsible for creating digital and print creatives, including engaging reels and video properties. You will develop a diverse design language and templates specific to various platforms while adhering to the brand guidelines. Utilizing visuals as a powerful medium for storytelling, you will oversee all touchpoints to ensure alignment with the creative vision and maintain design consistency across online and offline communications. Your role will involve concepting, directing, executing, producing, and troubleshooting all aspects of design initiatives. By staying attuned to customer behavior towards design, you will optimize engagement strategies. You will be expected to illustrate ideas in various styles, quickly translate content into visuals, and possess a basic understanding of print and vendor management. Additionally, your responsibilities will include proficient content research, information sourcing and citing, social media marketing, and graphic and information design. You will manage both internal and external brand and marketing design collaterals, curate and post on social media, and design brand marketing materials for digital and print domains. Engaging in brainstorming meetings to pitch new ideas and collaborating with stakeholders to create concepts and designs for various channels will also be part of your role. Overall, as a Design Associate, you will work closely with the Communications team to conceptualize and design The Circle brand through digital marketing and print collaterals.
