Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute functional and API tests for life and pension systems and downstream applications.

Independently analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

Perform hands-on debugging and root cause analysis of defects and issues.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and agile teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Work in agile sprints, participate in ceremonies, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Utilize modern AI/ML tools and frameworks to enhance test effectiveness and efficiency.

Document test results, defects, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements in all testing activities.

Continuously improve test processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Timely and high-quality delivery of functional and API testing outcomes.

Accurate defect identification, documentation, and communication.

Effective collaboration with agile teams and business stakeholders.

Continuous improvement of test coverage and process efficiency.

Adherence to MG plc quality standards and regulatory requirements.
