Manager FP & A

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the monthly/quarterly MIS closing, budgeting processes, driving financial & business analytics, and reporting business performance through MIS under the direction of the Head of FP&A. Key Responsibilities: - Manage monthly and quarterly financial MIS closure process, analyzing business trends, and providing insights to management. - Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations and reports for the Global FP&A team in Dubai. - Identify risks and opportunities for the business in collaboration with other functions. - Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. - Consolidate and review the Annual budgeting of multiple verticals & countries. - Work closely with Senior Manager FP&A on strategic matters, financial priorities, and managing review process of strategic cost out initiatives. - Drive key projects under the direction of the FP&A head and work in the Hyperion (Oracle) project for accurate and timely roll-out. - Assist in developing financial models for projections, planning, and customized Business Cases, including ROI, NPV, and other financial metric analyses. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a global reporting role in an MNC company. - Expertise in working with large amounts of data, facts, figures, and number crunching. - Experience in a multi-country setup with operations in over 100 legal entities. - Hands-on experience in forecasting, compiling financial statements, and designing MIS for business performance reviewing. - Excellent ability to express data insights through impactful visual analysis. - Strong cross-functional communication skills and sound knowledge of business processes. - Proficiency in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS-Office Applications. - System implementation experience is highly desirable, with Oracle Hyperion tool experience preferred. Note: Shared service operations setup experience is not applicable for this role.,
