Roles and Responsibilities:

  • HR Recruitment
  • Handling joining and exit formalities
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Preparation of HR reports and MIS
  • PF, ESIC, Mediclaim & other statutory data/queries
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Travel arrangements
  • Stationery, housekeeping & other office administration

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in core HR functions
  • Good knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities
  • Proactive and people-oriented mindset
