Shift: 1 30 pm to 10 30 pm

Job Summary:

The Financial and Management Reporting Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with timelines and accuracy of monthly financial processes. The role involves managing month-end closing, P&L review, variance analysis, inventory reporting, budgeting, and year-end audit support. The position requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and readiness for international travel.

• Handle

  month-end processes

  , including period close and reconciliations.
• Perform

  variance analysis

  P&L review

  , and financial performance analysis.
• Manage

  Forex revaluation

  ,

  inventory reporting

  , and reconciliations.
• Support

  budgeting cycles

  and preparation of annual operating plans.
• Handle

  year-end audits

  and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and auditors for smooth financial operations.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and accuracy SLAs for all reporting processes.

Profile Description:

• CA qualification

  is mandatory with experience in a

  core manufacturing company (FMCG preferred)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SAP

  and

  MS Excel

  ; familiarity with Oracle and SAP BPC/BO/BI is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage clients, teams, and auditors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to

  travel to Nigeria for 3–4 months annually
