Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

As the Lead Financial Planning and Analytics Unit, your role will involve preparing annual/periodic budgets and strategic plans for the Business and Central Unit. You will be responsible for performance analytics on the loan book, operational and collection efficiency, as well as critical ratio analysis. Additionally, you will be required to draw up Branch level profitability statements and other key metrics for monitoring productivity. Market analysis, competition mapping, and peer analysis for the business group will also be part of your responsibilities. You will perform analytics on the existing portfolio and provide analytical reports for decision-making to the Senior Management. Cash flow projections and ALM statements will also be within your purview. Qualifications required for this role include any post-graduation in a Finance stream, with a preference for CA qualification. Experience in NBFC or Banking will be considered an advantage.,
