Our 1-click Kwik checkout aims to improve checkout conversion rates, ensuring higher GMV realization and reduced marketing CAC. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Build and maintain management dashboards with key business KPIs. - Standardize and automate financial reporting templates for improved efficiency. - Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for stakeholders, including investors. - Partner with functional teams for managing stakeholders and robust cost tracking. - Review variances vs targets, analyze costs for MIS preparation, and provide insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with the team at the vendor level for correct tagging and provisioning for cost control. - Standardize formats and provide support to the functional team for operational challenges. - Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive them with the team for results and management decision support. You will bring the following to the table: - Experience in financial planning and analysis. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, influencing, commercial acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
