Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview: GoKwik, an e-commerce enablement company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in preparing financial reports, building management dashboards, and ensuring timely and accurate MIS reporting for stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include cost partnering, variance analysis, and identifying cost-saving initiatives to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Build and maintain management dashboards with key business KPIs. - Standardize and automate financial reporting templates to improve efficiency. - Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for stakeholders, including investors. - Review variances vs. targets and deep dive into costs for MIS preparation and insights to stakeholders. - Review provisions at the vendor level for proper tagging and provisioning for management reporting. - Standardize formats and provide support to the functional team for operational challenges. - Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive those initiatives with the team for results and management decision support. Qualification Required: - Experience in financial planning and analysis. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, influencing, commercial acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
