Manager Financial Planning & Analyst

As the Manager FP&A, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes. - Collaborating with business units to align financial goals with strategic objectives. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts. - Delivering accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards. - Providing insights into revenue trends, cost drivers, and profitability. - Supporting investment decisions, new business initiatives, and capital allocation. - Working closely with department heads to monitor KPIs and financial performance. - Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating financial data into actionable strategies. - Enhancing FP&A tools, models, and reporting systems. - Driving automation and efficiency in financial processes. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification. - Experience: 7-12 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be preferable. - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). - Analytical Skills: Excellent financial modeling, scenario planning, and data interpretation abilities. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
