Manager - Financial Advisory Services

Our expanding Financial Advisory Services team provides comprehensive solutions & support to global institutional investors, including investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other lenders. We focus on two core mandates: a) Valuations of clients' investment positions, b) Modelling and Portfolio Analytics. The workstreams could involve any part of a deal/transaction lifecycle, from origination to valuations and reporting. These deals/transactions span diverse private credit + asset classes and investment structures like Asset Based Finance, Whole Loan Portfolios, Securitised Products, Corporate Credit, Significant Risk Transfer, Commercial Real Estate etc.

What you'll champion:

Work closely with the clients in supporting them through various stages in the life cycle of an investment transaction across various credit and alternative asset classes –loan portfolios, securitisations and other structured credit products, specialty financing and real estate-

• Create and review flexible, transparent financial models for periodic third-party valuations for alternative investment firms. This includes developing models from scratch and running sensitivities and scenarios
• Take the lead in designing valuation approaches for new asset types and contribute to enhancing the firm’s valuations platform for private markets
• Present the valuation outputs (either on Excel or set-up on Oxane’s valuation platform) to clients, investors and auditors on calls
• Mentor junior team members, conduct technical training, and oversee smaller teams to ensure timely project completion
• Provide support for asset management reporting, post-deal analysis and business planning and any ad-hoc analytics for portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA from an accredited institution, certifications like CFA, FRM, CAIA are a plus
• Understanding of securitisations, prepayments, defaults, and various capital structures and payment waterfalls
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel; python knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with valuations in private markets
• Ability to work independently and manage smaller groups to ensure timely project completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments under pressure to meet deadlines.

Our Hybrid Working Model:

At Oxane Partners, our hybrid work model, strikes a balance between collaboration and flexibility. Team members typically work from the office at least 4 days a week, with the option to work remotely for 1 day, basis business approval. Some roles may require more in-office presence based on team needs.
