Manager- Finance

As a Finance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. - Conducting monthly and quarterly variance analysis (budget vs. actuals). - Providing strategic financial input to support key business decisions. - Overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings. - Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and SEZ. - Coordinating with external auditors for statutory audits. - Monitoring daily cash flow and working capital requirements. - Preparing and presenting financial statements and MIS reports to the management. - Implementing and monitoring internal financial controls. - Identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team. - Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. - Coordinating with consultants, auditors, banks, and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Education: CA. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations. - Strong knowledge of taxation laws and corporate compliance. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience in handling SEZ, transfer pricing, or software export compliance is a plus.,
