Manager- Finance

As a seasoned Manager-Finance at Stemz Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day finance operations, fund management, and reporting to ensure accurate financial management, compliance, and integration with business systems. Your strong technical knowledge in IFRS/IndAS, financial modeling, cash flow and fund flow management, as well as expertise in MIS reporting and cost control will be essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing funds and utilization based on the revenue generated - Preparation of monthly budgets and utilization reports - Preparation of MIS by every 10th of the month - Cost control analysis and identifying measures to optimize expenses - Revenue projections and forecasting - Ensure timely receipt of funds against invoices raised - Ensure invoices are raised on time to clients - Ensure proper reconciliation of revenue - Monthly reconciliation of all financial transactions - Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits for new entities - Ensure proper consumption is recorded and tracked - Integration with ERP systems for new projects - Ensure seamless ERP integration with various other software **Qualifications & Experience:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory - 5-8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in corporate environments - Strong understanding of IFRS/IndAS standards - Experience in financial modeling, MIS reporting, cash flow and fund flow management - Proficiency with ERP systems, financial tools, and MS Office **Key Skills:** - Strong knowledge of IFRS/IndAS - Expertise in cash flow and fund flow management - Ability to prepare accurate monthly MIS reports - Financial modeling and forecasting capabilities - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Reporting Line:** Reports directly to the Finance Controller.
