Manager- Finance

Role Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall financial operations of the company. Your role will involve financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. This strategic position will require both hands-on execution and leadership to drive financial discipline and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. - Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis (budget vs. actuals). - Provide strategic financial input to support key business decisions. - Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, SEZ). - Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits. - Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements. - Prepare and present financial statements, and MIS reports to the management. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and insights. - Implement and monitor internal financial controls. - Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. - Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. - Coordinate with consultants, auditors, banks, and stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Education: CA. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations. - Strong knowledge of taxation laws, and corporate compliance. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience in handling SEZ, transfer pricing, or software export compliance is a plus.
