Hiring: Senior Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Global Exposure

Key Responsibilities:

Lead accounting operations across GET entities (India, UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)

Manage MIS reporting, financial analysis, and month-end closures

Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, SEZ, VAT, WHT, and audits

Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, payroll, and cash flow

Coordinate with Big 4 auditors for statutory audits and consolidation

Manage ERP entries, cost approvals, and employee reimbursements

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 5–9 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP systems

Experience in handling multi-country finance operations

Excellent analytical, compliance, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
