We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to drive growth for the organization. About Us: The Head of Indian Accounts will spearhead the end-to-end financial management and accounting operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving financial excellence, ensuring robust statutory compliance, delivering accurate and insightful reporting, and leading long-term financial planning to support business growth. The person will serve as a key liaison with internal departments/ department heads, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency, governance, and fiscal integrity across all operations. Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare and review general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. Manage accounts payable processes, vendor payments and reconciliations. Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Filing income tax returns and coordinate with auditors. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries are done from HR, deductions and statutory contributions. Maintain employee records and handle payroll-related queries. Look after statutory compliance: PF ESIC LWF timely disbursements in tandem with HR. Monitor and reconcile inventory records. Maintain a fixed asset register and ensure proper accounting of asset acquisitions and disposals. Utilize accounting software and tools for efficient financial management. Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Processing error free payments using corporate bank portals.

Post graduation Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. Experience working with ERP systems (Tally (Mandatory) /SAP / Oracle/ NetSuite). Exposure to multinational or multi-entity reporting preferred. Qualifications & Experience ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
