Job Description

1. Accounting & Financial Management

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations across all branches .
Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance vs. budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

3. Taxation & Compliance

Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Manage banking operations, fund transfers, and vendor payments.
Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.

5. Team Leadership

Ensure effective coordination between accounts, purchase, and store teams.
Implement best practices for accounting discipline and compliance.
