Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Financial Management

· Supervise day-to-day accounting operations across all branches (Jewellery & Textiles).

· Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

· Review ledger postings, journal entries, and reconciliations for accuracy.

· Maintain and monitor financial controls and accounting systems.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

· Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance vs. budget.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

· Analyze store-level profitability and recommend corrective actions.

3. Taxation & Compliance

· Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.

· Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

· Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory submissions.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

· Manage banking operations, fund transfers, and vendor payments.

· Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.

· Liaise with banks for loans, renewals, and related documentation.

5. Team Leadership

· Ensure effective coordination between accounts, purchase, and store teams.

· Implement best practices for accounting discipline and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred

· Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in retail, jewellery, or textile industry

· Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles

o Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and financial reporting standards

· Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

o Leadership and team management skills

o High integrity and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
