Job Description

You will be based in our Office in Western Suburbs, Mumbai and will be responsible for Pre & Post Export documentation works, which includes: - Preparing Export Invoice, packing list, BL draft, AIFTA, Online Marine Insurance, RODTEP, and Inward and Outward remittances - Negotiating with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, CHA - Communicating with international customers, overseas marketing and sales agents - Dealing with suppliers and vendors - Handling Logistics and Supply Chain You should have experience in liaisoning with Govt. Depts, such as DGFT, Customs. It is essential to have: - In-depth knowledge of Exports documentations, Custom Policy, Letter of Credit, MIS report - Highly organized with excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to achieve targets on time - Experience in Chemical Industry will be an added advantage Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 10 Years of Experience - Any Graduation Degree Benefits include Leave encashment and Performance bonus.
