Position: Manager HR
Role: HR Business Partner
Reports to: Senior Manager / AVP -HR

Brief Job Description:
The position holder will be responsible for:

  • HR Business Partnering
  • Create and drive HR Strategic Priorities
  • Stakeholder Management – Internal and External
  • Talent Management Framework
  • Conceptualizing and driving innovative engagement initiatives
  • Create and Propose customized Retention strategies
  • PMF Framework
  • Exit Management & Analysis
  • Design reward & recognition programs

  • Ability to handle stakeholders independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to generate business insight and timely input to stakeholders
  • Ability to create and implement People HR strategy for stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly articulate situation in a convincing manner
