Detailed Job Description:

• This roles is in Global Financial Crimes and Compliance (BAU ) and Modernization reporting team in Global Risk and Compliance, Amex.
• Need to understand Anti Money Laundering, Global Financial Crimes and Compliance data as well as business processes; guide tech team in creating logics for transforming raw data into complex metrics and generate business insights in BI dashboards.
• Help create the reporting data layer in new database LUMI.
• Ideate, design and bring to delivery reports and self serve reporting products
• Help the product manager in creating Reporting & Analytics Module of new Financial Crimes & Compliance Platform, a top 50 Project in Amex from ground zero.
• Help in devising the future Reporting data and product strategy.
• Write reporting stories for the tech team using agile principles.
• Write features, and stories for delivering several critical compliance initiatives aimed at better risk controls.
