Job Description

Manage data quality projects and ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure adherence to data quality policies and procedures. Provide strategic guidance on data quality practices. Lead a team of data quality engineers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ETL and Data Warehouse testing activities
Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
Validate data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation processes
Execute complex SQL queries to reconcile source and target data
Develop and execute automated data validation using Python and PySpark
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
Track defects, manage test cycles, and report quality metrics using Jira
Ensure compliance with data quality standards and best practices

Mentor QA team members and provide technical leadership
