Job Description

Job Opening : Manager - Fraud Monitoring

Location:

Fraud Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

Review incidents reported in ORMS (Operational Risk Management System)
Assign and follow up on action items with risk officers and other teams
Conduct UAT for system enhancements and process improvements
Prepare MIS and fraud reports for internal and regulatory use
Analyze fraud trends, root causes, and industry alerts
Monitor recovery of losses and ensure timely closure of incidents
Support internal awareness initiatives through risk updates, quizzes, and communication

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Risk, Insurance, or Finance)
5+ years of experience in Claims, Risk Operations, or Fraud Investigation
Licentiate or similar insurance qualification preferred

Key Skills:

Claims Investigation, Fraud Risk, ORMS, Risk Management, MIS Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management
